Single story home by Sea-world and Lackland Air Force Base.

The house has recently been fully renovated. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and a very spacious kitchen and dining area, with all the cooking amenities to cook your own meals. The house is fully furnished, high speed internet, security cameras/ alarm for peace of mind.

We are located inside Loop 1604  5.5miles from Lackland Air Force base and 4 miles from Medina Annex Air Force Base.

Outdoor security cameras are installed on the front yard, front entrance, back yard for your personal security and to verify that the amount of guests listed on your reservation is indeed the THE AMOUNT OF GUEST YOU BRING WITH YOU, and that there are no PARTIES OR GATHERINGS during your stay since we do not allow them.  We also DO NOT allow people not included on the reservation to enter any of the premises with you, if you would like to have a visitor even if it is family, you must notify us and receive permission.  NO PARTIES ALLOWED - The house is for personal use only and parties and commercial uses (to include photography, videography, etc.) are prohibited. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking.  Visitors not allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on the property.  Quiet Hours Mon-Fri 10pm-8am Weekends 11pm-11am  

NO PETS ALLOWED.  NOTE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS. If the dog or animal is service, it needs to stay with the person who it is servicing at all times, service animal not to be left by itself in the house or the property. Guests need to pickup after their dog, vacuum all pet hair, dog or service animals are not allowed to get on furniture, guest are not allowed to use house towels and blankets for service animals Guests are still liable for any damage caused by dog. We have wood floors and the guest is still liable for urine or scratches on floors.  Dogs or service animals should be well trained and stay with the person who is servicing 24 hrs. Never to be left behind in the home to roam freely.

No smoking inside the house.   

Leave house as clean as possible, light cleaning required before checkout.  Take out all trash before check out, and place it in the trash containers located in the back yard behind the storage room.  The blue trash bin is for recycling trash.  The brown trash bin is for regular trash. 

Any violation of the house rules such as noise after the quiet hours, smoking, extra guest, large gatherings, loitering, tampering with the WiFi or any of the installed cameras or smoke detectors will lead to a fine of $500 plus cancellation of your reservation and your immediate removal from the property.
