The space

This single story, 4 bedroom home provides plenty of space to gather as well as privacy. Soft gray tones with mostly blue accents and a modern feel throughout the one-story home. Savor the taste of countess wonderful San Antonio restaurants close by or make a wonderful meal in the open kitchen boasting beautiful appliances set within stunning granite countertops. Pull up a stool and enjoy a relaxing glass of wine at breakfast bar or at countertop seating. Open concept home makes it easy to enjoy conversations while preparing a meal.

Gather in the living room to watch a movie on the 55" Roku TV, or playing a game on the Wii. There is also a new sleeper sofa in the living room that will fold out to a queen.

After your day, unwind in the master retreat, watching the 55" Roku TV from the king size bed. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with a 48" Roku TV. There is also a roll away trundle for your little guests! The third bedroom has a comfy queen and 32" TV. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed.

All the TVs in the home are ROKU TVs. Let me know at check-in if you need help with how ROKU TV works and I am happy to run you though it. It is not a cable provider and some live TV and options may not be available.

Home is stocked with some toiletries and other items to ensure a pleasant stay. You will find the bathroom stocked with necessity such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and other items you may need. Don’t pack your dirty clothes when you leave, use the full size washer and dryer! It’s ready for use with detergent and dryer sheets.

Private, fenced backyard to enjoy the evening fresh air, or take a stroll down the quiet streets

Guest access

You are welcome to the whole house :) The neighborhood is inviting or keep it private in the backyard. Street parking is available to you in front of the house.

Other things to note

TV in the living room and the bedrooms are ROKU TV for your entertainment. Let me know at check-in if you need help with how ROKU TV works and I am happy to run you though it. **(Please note that ROKU TV provides tons of shows that are available for play back from many of the channels you love such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and others. It is not a cable provider and some live TV and options may not be available. If you have something specific you are looking for let me know and I will be happy to check and see if it is available, and you of course are free to sign into any of the apps that you subscribe to "On the Go". Netflix and a few others are already signed into and available for you to use)

Smoking is only allowed outside the home.

Understand there is no CABLE at the house, Netflix is signed in for you to enjoy and you are welcome to log into any "on the go" channels you may have

Pets: We require pets to be crated when you are not home. Please let us know if you have any questions. The home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 that will be due within 48 hours of request at booking.

We supply a large crate, food and water bowls, and blanket for you pet.

Guests with undisclosed pets- reservation will be canceled without refund.

If you use the BBQ, we ask that you please clean it when you are done for the next guest to enjoy.

Please help us conserve energy and avoid the AC freezing up by turning the thermostat up to at least 74 when you leave for the day.

Please be courteous upon check out by making sure you have not left dirty dishes or other messes. Running them through the dishwasher would be great! Please treat my home as you would if you were staying with a friend
