Other things to note

Like most homes located in the downtown area of a large city, our home is in a lively, urban area! While our home is brand new and modern, some of the homes around us are older and have not been updated yet. We have two homes next door to each other, and the owners live around the corner from this property. None of our past guests have had any issues with safety or crime for the 13+ months that we’ve been hosting.

Dogs are welcome to stay. There is a pet deposit of $250, $125 of which is refundable depending on condition of the home after checkout. Due to an allergy, we have a no cats allowed policy.
