Other things to note

Like most homes located in the downtown area of a large city, our home is in a lively, urban area! While our home is brand new and modern, some of the homes around us are older and have not been updated yet. We have two homes next door to each other, and around the corner from this property. None of our past guests have had any issues with safety or crime for the 13+ months that we’ve been hosting.

We love furry friends, but in order to keep our home looking beautiful for our guests, we have a no pets policy. Thank you for understanding.
