**(Please note that Roku TV provides tons of shows that are available for play back from many of the channels you love such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and others. It is not a cable provider and some live TV and options may not be available. If you have something specific you are looking for let me know and I will be happy to check and see if it is available, and you of course are free to sign into any of the apps that you subscribe to "On the Go". Netflix and a few others are already signed into and available for you to use)

Smoking is only allowed outside the home.

Understand that there is not CABLE at the house, Netflix is already signed in for you to enjoy, and if you have any "on the go" channels, you are welcome to sign into them.

Pets: I do not have breed or weight restrictions. I do ask that guest pick up after their pets in the yard prior to check out for the comfort and health of future guests. My guests have been very good about complying with this request 

  We require pets to be crated when you are not home. Please let us know if you have any questions. The home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 that will be due within 48 hours of request at booking.

We supply a large crate, food and water bowls, and blanket for you pet.

Guests with undisclosed pets- reservation will be canceled without refund.

Please be courteous upon check out by making sure you have not left dirty dishes or other messes. Running them through the dishwasher would be great! Please treat my home as you would if you were staying with a friend.

If you use the BBQ, we ask that you please clean it when you are done for the next guest to enjoy.

Please help us conserve energy and avoid the AC freezing up by turning the thermostat up to at least 74 when you leave for the day.
